安省雇主担保移民政策将有新的变化

2020年刚刚过去半个月，安省就动作频频，OINP对Express Entry的两个移民类别（EE可以获加600分的）进行了抽取，而去年年末则刚刚抽取过另外一个EE类别的安省省提名项目。

2019.12.11 技工移民类别 Ontario’s Express Entry Skilled Trades stream

分数线：410，邀请人数：667

2020.01.09 法语技术移民类别 Ontario’s Express Entry French-Speaking Skilled Worker stream

分数线：433，邀请人数：242

2020.01.15 人力资源优先类别 Ontario’s Express Entry Human Capital Priorities Stream下面的ICT职业定向邀请

分数线：460，邀请人数：954，邀请以下6个职业：

• 0213 Computer and information systems managers 计算机和信息系统经理
• 2147 Computer engineers 计算机工程师
• 2172 Database analysts and data administrators 数据库分析师和数据管理员
• 2173 Software engineers and designers 软件工程师和设计师
• 2174 Computer programmer and interactive media developers 计算机程序员和交互媒体开发人
• 2175 Web designers and developers 网站设计师和开发人

2020.01.16 安省又发公告，将对一直以来都备受注目的雇主担保移民项目做出修改。

安省雇主担保移民项目下设三个类别：

1. Foreign worker with a job offer category (Foreign Worker stream);
2. International student with a job offer category (International Student stream);
3. In-demand skills category (In-Demand Skills stream).

1.现在安省拟对需求职业类别增加13个在大多地区以外工作的职业分类（农业、建筑和其他特定的低技能到半技能的职业）：

• 9411 Machine operators, mineral and metal processing机床操作员，矿产和金属加工（C类）
• 9416 Metalworking and forging machine operators金属加工和锻造机操作员（C类）
• 9417 Machining tool operators加工工具操作员（C类）
• 9418 Other metal products machine operators其他金属制品机器操作员（）
• 9421 Chemical plant machine operators化工厂机器操作员
• 9422 Plastics processing machine operators塑料加工机器操作员
• 9437 Woodworking machine operators木工机器操作员
• 9446 Industrial sewing machine operators工业缝纫机操作员
• 9461 Process control and machine operators, food, beverage and associated products processing过程控制和机器操作员，食品、饮料及相关产品的加工
• 9523 Electronics assemblers, fabricators, inspectors and testers电子装配工，制造工，检验员和测试员
• 9526 Mechanical assemblers and inspectors机械装配工和检验员
• 9536 Industrial painters, coaters and metal finishing process operators工业油漆工，涂料工和金属加工操作员
• 9537 Other products assemblers, finishers and inspectors其他产品装配工、整理工和检验员

2.拟对国际留学生类别和外国工人类别的雇主，根据其劳动力的规模对所担保的人数做出限制，具体为：

• 大多以内的雇主，有5名全职永久的雇员，每一个日历年度只能提供1个担保职位；
• 大多以外的雇主，有3名全职永久的雇员，每一个日历年度只能提供1个担保职位

3.取消最低生活资金的要求。

该修改法案的公众意见谘询期为45天，将于2020年3月2日结束。
