To initiate the process, each month, CCI e-mails the link to our free talent list called the Bio Book, which contains brief bios of CCI pre-screened professionals. From that Bio Book, employers may choose potential employees for their needs. When you, the employer, have identified a qualified candidate, call, fax or e-mail us. Your request will be handled quickly, professionally, in confidence and with no fee to you. In response to your request for more information about a candidate, CCI will send you a brief, significant résumé along with the candidate's contact coordinates. We notify the individual of your interest and put you in touch with that person so you can begin the review, interview and if appropriate, the hiring process.

YOUR OBLIGATION
Your only obligation is to inform us about the individual's assessment status so that we can keep the candidate advised. We insist on 'closing the loop' quickly on every employment transaction.
