

In the spring of 2004, Bill Caswell the founder of Caswell Corporate Coaching Company (CCCC, a company that coaches CEOs and senior executives in Canada, U.S., Mexico, Austria and Russia) was invited by a well-established career counseling company to provide guidance to some of their senior executive clients. He took on this assignment in the spring of 2004, coaching executives in Ottawa, London and Winnipeg
The intervening time, created the opportunity for CCCC to form the CCI division. In a gesture of public goodwill, CCI took on needy clients on a no-charge basis although under no obligation to do so.

Word-of-mouth referrals spoke well of CCI's effective approach and caring attitude, allowing the company to expand and enjoy clients not only in Ottawa but also in Penetanguishe, Toronto, Washington DC, Vienna, Austria, Barcelona Spain, Dubai UAE and Saudi Arabia.
