5. Is there a difference between CCI and other recruiting or headhunting firms?

CCI works directly for you; a recruiting or headhunting firm works for the company.
We spend between 10 and 30 hours with you, a recruiter spends 1 to 3 hours, perhaps

Just ask any of the people who have been through the CCI program. We test your character formally three different times, and support it again in three other ways till we get it right. It must be right if we are going to match you to a company with the same general character as you. It simply has to be ‘about you’ in order for us to have success.

a struggle"? Are we living in dreamland when we talk about finding a “thrill” at work?

Our view is very simple:
Skills are easy to match (there are 30 good resumes to every job); it is the character that is difficult to match
People who fail at jobs rarely do so because of a skill deficiency; it is a mismatch of character that causes it
If you match your job, you become successful at it, challenged by it and thrilled at the result
You spend too much of your day at work to treat job satisfaction as unimportant to your life
Besides, we find it easy to get the match, using the CCI systematic approach and do it every day

CCI offers to coach clients for as long as they need our assistance. We have a number of different fixed price programs that we offer, depending on the person's specific circumstances.
