Our success rate in helping our clients is 85%, with average time to success (landing their "perfect job") of 16.7 sessions with a coach. Success with our approach depends more on your personal discipline and focus, and less on industry sector, participant age, or specific career aspirations. We currently have 5 CCI certified Career Coaches and 1 Business Coach on our roster; we are in the process of developing two more career coaches who will be added to our roster once they have completed our certification process.
